After Williamson County court officials inappropriately sealed the entire Brentwood Academy sexual assault case, the case has been unsealed and returned to the publicly available online record system, The Tennessean reports. The confusion stemmed from compromises reached in a Tuesday hearing, one of which included a protective order. Williamson County Circuit Court Judge Deanna Johnson confirmed yesterday that the case was sealed in error.
