A California woman has filed a racial discrimination lawsuit over what she claims is discrimination against African-Americans by Walmart over its policy of locking up certain products. In addition to an apology, CBS News reports that Essie Grundy’s attorney Gloria Allred said they’re hoping to have a court injunction to halt Walmart’s practice of locking up products. Similar complaints of "discriminatory practice" have been made against the company in the past. Walmart responded that while the company does not discriminate, it will review the complaint.
