A Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper claims he was following procedure when he allegedly sexually violated a Campbell County mother during a traffic stop, and says he has no memory of stopping the same woman again three hours later, Knoxnews reports. Trooper Isaiah Lloyd is being sued for violating the rights of Patricia Aileen Wilson during two stops in August 2017. He is accused of putting his fingers inside Wilson’s shorts while searching her. During the second stop, Wilson claims he told her, “we have to stop meeting like this.”
