A report by the National Transportation Safety Board highlights multiple complaints against the driver involved in the 2016 Woodmore Elementary bus crash, the Times Free Press reports. The driver of the crash that killed six children, Johnthony Walker, had 10 complaints made against him for speeding or driving erratically. Durham School Services, the company that employed Walker, did not have a method for receiving, tracking or investigation complaints against drivers, the report said. In February, Walker was sentenced to four years in prison.
