Criminal Court Judge Mark Fishburn has ruled that the man accused of murdering four people in an Antioch Waffle House will be committed to a mental hospital for treatment until he is fit to stand trial, The Tennessean reports. Travis Reinking was deemed “in definite need of training and medical treatment” at a hearing held today. Previously, a forensic psychologist said he had severe schizophrenia. The court will check on Reinking’s status every six months, but Fishburn said he wanted to be “immediately notified” when he was ready for trial.
