Attorneys for the plaintiff in the Brentwood Academy sexual assault case are accusing the presiding judge of plagiarism, The Tennessean reports. They claim Williamson County Judge Deanna Johnson “plagiarized findings of fact and conclusions of law by defense counsel” in her proposed order. Johnson’s order remains under seal. She dismissed the case without prejudice in June, after the Tennessee Court of Appeals overturned her earlier decision to dismiss the case with prejudice.
