Looking ahead to November, the Tennessee Bar Journal will feature damages and the Tennessee Constitution "suffering wrongs without remedies." We also look into what happens if an insurer fails after an insolvency. President Jason M. Pannu talks about the importance of well-being, Russell Fowler covers World War I and the Constitution (a pretty big undertaking, let's be honest). And perhaps most timely of all, Wade Davies explains authentication of social media evidence and the seemingly obvious advice to not post a picture of yourself committing a crime. Bill Haltom gives the latest on the the MTSU-Valparaiso law school shuffle. But until that issue is out Nov. 1, finish up reading the October issue.
