Tue, April 7, 2020
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM CT
As the COVID-19 pandemic spreads, we are encountering unprecedented and life-altering circumstances far beyond our control, leaving many of us feeling scared, trapped, isolated, or depressed. Licensed therapist and Mental Health Clinician with the Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program Lindsey O’Connell will provide an overview of the human stress response system and how to modulate this survival instinct so that we can improve our mental resilience and reduce the harmful consequences of overwhelming stress. This overview will be followed by a loosely moderated roundtable discussion, so please bring questions and topics related to mental and professional well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lindsey O'Connell is a Mental Health Clinician with the Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program.
