Required Skills:

Qualifications

  • Tennessee or Kentucky Bar License REQUIRED and held for 5+ years
  • Personal Injury experience
  • Candidates must have tried at least 3 (three) jury trials to a conclusion
  • Proficient computer skills required
  • Must be dependable, energetic, and hardworking with exceptional customer service skills

 

Leadership or Supervisory Responsibilities

  • No direct supervision responsibilities

 

Physical Demands, Work Environment and Other Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times, i.e. lifting reams of paper
