2018 Long Range Plan

The TBA’s Young Lawyers Division recently implemented its 2018 Long Range Plan. The plan will serve as a guide for the YLD in developing and effectuating legal programs in conjunction with the division’s bylaws, mission statement, and diversity plan. Every five years, the YLD, through the Long Range Plan, reevaluates its goals and the tools it uses to implement its mission.

This year’s Plan, crafted under the intrepid leadership of Troy Weston, outlines seven goals that are of paramount importance to the YLD. Woven throughout this Plan is a commitment to diversity and inclusion within the profession and young lawyer well-being. Learn more about the 2018 Long Range Plan here.
