A lawsuit filed in Williamson County Circuit Court claims that the prestigious Brentwood Academy allowed teenage boys to repeatedly sexually assault a 12-year-old boy, the Tennessean reports. The suit, filed by a Nashville parent, accuses four boys of repeatedly raping and assaulting a student during the 2014-2015 academic year. The school allegedly failed to respond to the attacks and refused to report them to authorities. The parent is seeking more than $60 million in damages.
