2008 Fee Suspensions

For Failure to Pay the 2008 Annual Registration Fee

The attorneys listed below were suspended by the Board of Professional Responsibility for failure to pay the 2008 annual registration fee as required by Rule 9, section 20 of the Rules of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Orders were filed with the Supreme Court on May 27, June 30, July 14 and July 21, 2008. Attorneys who have complied with the rule are noted as reinstated.
