Immigrants seeking asylum at the southern border are being wrongfully deprived of legal counsel, according to a new lawsuit filed by Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center. The Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice, both named in the suit, did not respond to requests for comment, Law360.com reports.
