Former federal prosecutor Henry Leventis has joined the Nashville office of Bone McAllester Norton, the Nashville Post reports. He previously served as director of litigation in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, where he was a lead prosecutor in the case against former Comprehensive Pain Specialists CEO John Davis and others. He also served as deputy criminal chief of the white collar unit, and worked as a trial attorney in the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division in Washington, D.C. Leventis joins former U.S. Attorney Ed Yarbrough in Bone’s Criminal Defense & Government Investigations Practice Group, focusing on criminal defense, civil government enforcement matters and internal investigations.
