We hope you will join us March 17 for a live virtual International Law & Practice CLE. This program will begin at 9 a.m. CDT and offers attendees two hours of general CLE credit. Topics to be discussed include foreign direct investment and cybersecurity issues. Moderated by attorney Terry Olsen, the foreign direct investment (FDI) session features trans-Atlantic trade and investment specialist Adam Breeze who will be providing his insight and vision for Tennessee’s FDI current and future projects. Breeze is the director of business development (United Kingdom and Ireland) for the Tennessee Department of Economic & Community Development's global team. The second panel features attorneys Jody Prestia and Thomas Ritter who will discuss ransomware from an international perspective, focusing on the trends in ransomware and on recent legal developments.
