Bio:

Joel W. Giddens is a Partner in the firm of Wilson & Associates, PLLC, which provides creditor's rights representation in federal and state courts and has offices in Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi. He is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and was was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1994 and in Mississippi in 2017. He received his education from Rhodes College (B.A., 1986) and the University of Memphis (M.A., 1991; J.D., 1994). He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Memphis Bar Association. He is the past chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the Memphis Bar Association and the past chair of the Bankruptcy Section Executive Council of the Tennessee Bar Association. He is a Supervising Bankruptcy Attorney for the Firm's Tennessee bankruptcy department.
