Steve Huret practiced for eighteen years with a small and midsized law firm primarily in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, commercial litigation, bank special assets and foreclosures, commercial and residential landlord/tenant, collections, will and trust contests, and general civil litigation before he started a solo law practice in Johnson City, Tennessee in May of 2021.  Steve's current practice areas include dispute resolution, auto accident injury, real estate litigation, bank special assets and foreclosures, creditors' rights and collections, commercial and residential landlord-tenant, collections, homeowners/condo/property owners associations, and general civil litigation.  

Steve is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator and a former commercial/consumer arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association.  He attained the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and enjoys golf as well as snow skiing.
