Bio:

Katie Atkins-Ritzen is Vice President, Senior Operations Counsel with naviHealth, Inc., a subsidiary of United Health Group, where she provides counsel to internal clients on all aspects of commercial transactions, information privacy and security law, and healthcare regulatory compliance for relationships with health plans, health systems and value-based care models (ACOs, Direct Contracting Entities, Bundled Payments for Care Improvement related entities).  Katie is also heavily involved in day-to-day operational needs for data rights management, product (software and managed service) development and strategy, and state licensure requirements.  When she’s not working, Katie enjoys traveling, scuba diving, hiking and spending time with her family.
