Rep. Johnny Garrett represents the 45th district in the Tennessee House of Representatives and is a 7th generation Goodlettsvillian who has lived in Sumner County for over 35 years. Rep. Garrett attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where he received a B.S. degree in General Business and earned his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law. Rep. Garrett, a Republican, serves as the House Majority Whip.
