Bio:
John Critchfield is Corporate Counsel for Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. and is stationed at Volkswagen's three million square foot Chattanooga assembly plant. Mr. Critchfield received his undergraduate degree from Wofford College in 1992. He earned his law degree in 1999 from Samford University. John has worked for the Volkswagen Group since 2014, and his work consists mainly of contractual matters including construction matters, supplier payment disputes, warranty issues and issues arising out of design and construction defects.
