Bio:

MARK A. LOYD, ESQ., is a Partner and Co-Leader, Tax National Practice Group of Dentons Bingham Greenebaum LLP, based in Louisville, Kentucky. He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee, and in federal district and appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court; Mark is also a CPA. He concentrates his practice in state, local and federal tax litigation, controversy resolution and planning. Mark is vice-chair of the ABA/IPT Advanced Property Tax Seminar planning committee, is co-chair of IPT’s Income Tax School I, chairs the Editorial Board of The Kentucky CPA Journal, and is on the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Taxation Committee (former chair and recipient of multiple outstanding chair awards), among other endeavors. He has written extensively on tax matters in publications including The Tax Lawyer, the Journal of State Taxation, and State Tax Notes.  He is a frequent speaker on tax matters.
