Phil counts it an honor and a privilege to stand with the accused and disfavored when the government charges them with felony crimes. Phil represents individuals from initial appearance to trial on charges ranging from motor vehicle burglary to first-degree murder. Phil has also helped obtain settlements in personal injury and wrongful death cases including car accidents, trucking crashes, and nursing home abuse and neglect. He and his wife, Jessie, attend Downtown Church with their children Ellen, Dietrich, and David. After reviving a long-vacant Memphis bungalow, they continue to look for ways to spruce up the digs, inside and out. And weather permitting, it’s a good bet that as you read this one or more Harveys are playing soccer, biking, or jogging the streets and parks of Memphis’s neighborhoods.
