Eva Johnson advises and advocates on behalf of hospitals and other health care providers and suppliers, trade associations, insurers, and universities on regulatory, transactional, legislative, and government enforcement matters, with a focus on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, regulatory compliance, health care and delivery system reform, academic medical center affiliations, and administrative and judicial appeals. Eva routinely assists clients in identifying and implementing Medicare and Medicaid funding opportunities, and analyzing related compliance risks. She has significant experience in federal legislative and administrative advocacy, including drafting related advocacy materials and legislative language and commenting on proposed regulations.
Eva joined Eyman Associates, a boutique health law firm, in 2013 after six years in the Health Care Group at Ropes & Gray, LLP.
