Bio:

Mr. Alexander is a member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and joined the Firm after serving as a law clerk to Judge Holly M. Kirby of the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Western Section. Mr. Alexander’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, and insurance coverage. He also represents healthcare providers in matters before Tennessee’s various medical Boards and litigates contract disputes. He is a member of the Firm’s Malpractice Group and the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Group.

Mr. Alexander served on the Firm’s Board of Directors from 2020 to 2023. He currently participates on various committees contributing to the business needs of the Firm, and serves as the Firm’s Privacy Security Officer for HIPAA Compliance.

Mr. Alexander has received the highest attorney rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell.  He has also been recognized by Super Lawyers ® magazine in the area of medical malpractice defense for several years.
