Bio:

Ashley D. Jefferson (Ashley D’Laine) is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Advantage Legal Solutions, PC.  The regional firm current serves West and Middle TN in the area of business transactions and litigation, estate and probate, and real estate. Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Ashley discovered at an early age that she would prevail in any endeavor as long as she had relentless faith combined with education, exposure, and experience (the Essential 3E’s).  

Ashley attended the University of Memphis where she completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s studies in English. After years of feeling called to aid and educate people about their legal rights, Ashley pursued and obtained her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law.  

Upon joining the Tennessee Bar, Ashley began a diverse civil law practice that allowed her to represent clients across many disciplines that include business, estate & probate, real estate, landlord-tenant, environmental, consumer credit, and bankruptcy matters.  These diverse experiences complement Ashley’s education and make her a well-rounded attorney with a greater, unique perspective on how she practices law. Her strategy is simple. Begin with the client’s end in mind. This client-centered approach results in creative solutions that are mutually beneficial for all parties involved, making her a trusted advisor to her clients and an authoritative voice among her peers.  

Fun Fact About Ashley: Besides being a legal pioneer, Ashley is a self-proclaimed food critic and a connoisseur of French macrons. She lives for travel and adventure. She recently took her first ride in a hot air balloon. Her next experience includes jumping off of a yacht.
