Bio:

Mark Travis worked as a labor relations and employment law attorney for twenty-five years before becoming full-time independent neutral in 2009. Mark currently serves on the mediation and arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, and also serves as an Administrative Judge for the Office of Federal Operations in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and is an adjunct professor of Arbitration at the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law. He received his law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School Law and holds an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the Pepperdine University School of Law.
