Bio:

Deborah is the Managing Attorney of the Johnson City office of Legal Aid of East TN. She has represented clients in the Upper East TN area in civil matters for the past 26 years. Deborah is a graduate of the University of TN College of Law. She is a member of the Domestic Violence State Coordinating Council. She is the recipient of the 2010 Advocate of the Year from the Tennessee Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence and the 2013 Ashley T Wiltshire Public Service Attorney of the Year.
