The Entertainment & Sports Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association is pleased to announce that its annual CLE will take place at Belmont College of Law on May 19. The panels and speakers slated for the CLE are sure to keep your attention and provide you with up-to-date information and inside knowledge on some of the hottest topics in the entertainment and sports industries currently, including: blockchain technology and the role it plays in the music industry, including NFTs and the metaverse; trademark and licensing issues within the Web 3.0 world; legal considerations related to the explosion of unlicensed music being used on social media; and ethical guidelines when negotiating new music contracts.
End Your Day the Perfect Way – Attend the Forum Reception!
Immediately following the program, attendees are encouraged to come mingle and interact with other attendees, speakers and TBA executive council section members in a relaxed and casual environment at Cabana Taps, a short 12-minute walk from Belmont University College of Law. We are excited to be back in person, so we hope you will join us!
Many thanks to our reception sponsors: Scale LLP, Hutcherson Law Firm and Milom Horsnell Crow Kelley Beckett Shehan PLC.
