Registration for the TBA Annual Convention includes access to all major convention events and programs, including CLE. 

Guest Registration includes the same access to programs and events, but is not eligible for CLE credit. (Individual tickets are also available for guests planning to attend a single event with a full registrant.)

If Convention registrations need to be modified, please contact the TBA as soon as possible via email at convention@tnbar.org or via phone at 615-383-7421. Please keep TBA updated about any changes in your plans so we can best accommodate all event registrants. Registered attendees are eligible for a refund of the registration fee less a $50 administrative fee for all written requests received by June 1, 2025. After that date, cancellation will incur an additional fee of up to 80% of the registration cost.

MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THE FRANKLIN MARRIOTT COOL SPRINGS

The Franklin Marriott Cool Springs will serve as host hotel for the 2025 TBA Annual Convention. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and the Nashville International Airport, the hotel offers easy access to I-65 and free parking. Nearby downtown Franklin — named one of the country’s best small towns by Southern Living and Travel + Leisure — offers quaint shops and restaurants just a short drive from the hotel.

The TBA has negotiated a group rate of $214 per night for the dates of the event so be sure to mention the group name "Tennessee Bar Association Annual Convention" when booking.

Call-In Reservations: Attendees may call the Reservation Department at 1-888-236-2427 to make a reservation. To ensure the convention rate, please identify the group name (Tennessee Bar Association Annual Convention) and make a reservation by the cut-off date.
 
Cut-Off Date: Rooms will be held up to, but no later than May 19, 2025, at 5 p.m. CDT. At that time, the hotel will release any unused portion of the room block. Reservations will continue to be accepted based on room and rate availability but accommodations are not guaranteed to be available or be available at the group rate.
