REINSTATED

The Tennessee Supreme Court reinstated Linda Kaye Kendall Garner to the practice of law on Aug. 9. She had been suspended for one year on June 15, with 30 days to be served on active suspension and the remainder to be served on probation. Her probationary period began on Aug. 9.

Sarasota, Florida, lawyer Christopher G. Brandon was reinstated to the practice of law in Tennessee on Aug. 23, retroactive to July 5, the day he filed for reinstatement. Brandon was placed on inactive status on March 22, 2009.

REINSTATED

Davidson County lawyer Joseph Paul Calandriello was reinstated to the practice of law on July 8. He had been suspended by the Tennessee Supreme Court on April 1, 2015, for a period of three years — 11 months and 29 days to be served on active suspension with the remainder to be served on probation. Calandriello filed a petition for reinstatement on April 1.

REINSTATED

Davidson County lawyer Randall Lowrie Bostic Jr. was reinstated to the practice of law on June 6. Bostic was placed on inactive status in May 2006. According to the Tennessee Supreme Court, he remained compliant with all registration requirements during that time. The court issued the order on June 22.

Censured
Nashville attorney Yvette Yolanda Cain was publicly censured by the Tennessee Supreme Court on May 31. The court took the action after Cain acted beyond the scope of her authority in the representation of a client, failed to communicate with the client and took actions which had an adverse effect upon the client. Cain’s actions violated Rules of Professional Conduct 1.2, 1.4 and 8.4.
