The 2026 Estate Planning & Probate Forum will take place at the Marriott Cool Springs in Franklin next week. The TBA is offering replays of four sessions from its Conference on AI & the Law, beginning with “AI-Generated Evidence and the Courts” on Feb. 25 at noon CST examining deepfakes, disputed AI-created evidence and best practices for lawyers and judges. On Feb. 26 at noon CST, “AI Gadgets, Toys and Apps (and some that wish they were AI)” will explore emerging AI-powered tools and their practical value for legal professionals. Two sessions follow on Feb. 27: “AI Policing vs. Policing AI” at noon CST will focus on law enforcement’s use of artificial intelligence and its admissibility in Tennessee criminal trials, while “AI, Legal Ethics and UPL” at 3 p.m CST will address ethical rules governing lawyer use of AI and questions surrounding the unauthorized practice of law. Next week, the TBA will host two webcast replays of sessions from its Conference on AI & the Law. “AI Use in Legal Practice,” set for noon CST on Feb. 23, will feature Oliver Roberts of Holtzman Vogel in Nashville offering a practical look at how lawyers and judges are using artificial intelligence tools for research, drafting, timekeeping and workflow automation. A second program, “The State of the State of AI,” on Feb. 24 at noon CST will be led by A.J. Bahou of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings in Nashville. It will provide an overview of AI developments in the legal industry, including state and federal legislation, AI governance and recent litigation involving the technology.

This week, the TBA will offer two webcast replays from last year's “Raising the Bar” program. On Feb. 19, from noon to 1 p.m. CST, “Using Your Legal Skills to Do Good in the Community (And for Yourself)” will explore how attorneys can apply their legal skills through community service and board involvement while also strengthening their professional networks and careers. Then on Feb. 20, from noon to 1 p.m. CST, “Expanding Your Practice or Portfolio” will feature Brentwood lawyer Rebecca Blair discussing the process of becoming a Rule 31–listed mediator and building a mediation practice.
