SESSION THREE: BIRD LAW: RAPTORS, FALCONRY AND THE TWRA

Wild animals are regulated by laws and regulations at both the state and federal level. This presentation focuses on the TWRA’s attempted enforcement of those rules against a local falconer who was alleged to possess too many birds of prey.
