TBA Makes Leadership Program Available to All Lawyers

The Tennessee Bar Association is making available this dynamic program, Empowering Lawyers as Leaders, for your viewing during February and March. Originally recorded in December 2020,  this program brings influential lawyers and leaders from across the state together to share their experiences and to examine the role of leadership in the legal profession. Speakers and panelists discuss the importance of leading by example to promote diversity, equity, inclusion and professionalism in everyday practice — offering insights and guidance into how lawyers can advance and succeed in this mission.

Produced jointly by the Tennessee Bar Association and the Tennessee American Inns of Court, this program is hosted by former Supreme Court Justice and Nashville School of Law Dean William C. Koch Jr. Segments during the 1-hour and 45-minute program include:

• Diversity and Implicit Bias, presented by the Hon. Bernice B. Donald
